Our Charges
We charge an agreed hourly rate for productive time actually spent working on your case.  We also charge for sums we  have to pay to others on your behalf (disbursements).  These will be for items such as court fees, barristers' and experts' fees, laboratory tests, air and train fares, and necessary incidental expenses.  We will never incur substantial disbursements on your behalf without your prior written consent.

We do not undertake Legal Aid or "No Win No Fee" (conditional fee) work.
